Our owner grew up in Africa, later moved to Virginia, and built an Ethiopian restaurant that became a neighborhood favorite. Guests came for the food and stayed for the warmth. That same spirit now lives in Georgia, where Prima Injera brings the flavors and traditions he cares about most to a new community.
